Who is Levana for?
For anyone experiencing heavy legs, varicose veins, lipedema, lymphedema, or chronic venous insufficiency, or who wants to help prevent these conditions.
Does Levana replace medical treatment?
No. Levana complements medical care, it is not a replacement. If you have acute symptoms or warning signs, always consult a doctor.

What is the Levana Leg Check™?
A free, structured assessment of your leg symptoms. You answer questions about your complaints and receive orientation, not a diagnosis.
Is the Leg Check free?
Yes, the Leg Check is free and available without registration.
Programmes & Courses
What does the 8-week course include?
Video instructions, targeted movement exercises, weekly plans, PDFs, community access, and personal support.
Do I need special equipment?
No, all exercises can be done at home without any special equipment.
How much time do I need per week?
About 15,20 minutes per day, roughly 2 hours per week.
